NAIA Terminal 1

NAIA Terminal 1, also known as Ninoy Aquino Terminal, operates several international services, although many carriers have already moved to NAIA Terminal 3, which also operates international flights.

On the other hand, NAIA 1 also serves some international flights of Philippine Airlines.

It is the oldest terminal in Manila Airport and is able to accommodate 6 million passengers per year.

Levels

NAIA Terminal 1 consists of the following levels:

Arrivals level

This is the Arrivals area.

Find the arrivals hall and other services such as the baggage claim, customs, immigration, information desk, a transfer point, prayer rooms, lost & found, medical facilities, among others.

Ground transportation options are also available at the transport lounge: Taxi, transfer bus and car rentals.

Access to the parking lots.

On the other hand, there’s an Arrival Extension Area facing the terminal equipped with restrooms and duty free stores.

Departures level

Departures, check-in and boarding level.

It is needed to clear security check first to access to the boarding area.

Services: Help desk, phone booths, restrooms, banking, food and drink concessions, among others.

Find boarding west gates 1-7 and east gates 9-15.

VIP lounges can be found in this level.

TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS 

There is free shuttle bus available for those passengers that need to transfer between terminals. Operates 24/7. 

It is located on the buses area.

Lounges

Dusit Thani Manila Hotel Lounge: Terminal 1, in the VIP lounge area. Open from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. Services: Wi-Fi, Newspapers, Magazines, TV. It is not allowed to smoke.

ALounge: Terminal 1. Open from 5:00am to 11:00pm. Services: snacks, premium food, drinks, flight monitors, among others. 

PAGSS Lounge (Observation Level): Terminal 1, fourth level. Open from 08:00 am to 00:00 am. Services: Premium food, Snacks, Alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, Newspapers, Magazines, TV, Telephones. It is not allowed to smoke.

PAGSS Lounge (Gate 7): Terminal 1, East Concourse, next to Gate 7. Open from 01:30 am to 00:00 am. Services: Premium food, Snacks, Alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, Showers, Flight monitors, Newspapers, Magazines, TV, Telephones. It is not allowed to smoke.

Private rooms are available upon payment.

Club Manila: Terminal 1, Third level. Open 24 hours. Services: Premium food, Snacks, Alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, Showers, Flight monitors, Newspapers, Magazines, TV, Smoking area.

Spa Services are available upon payment.

Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge: Terminal 1, Third level. Open 30 minutes before first to last departure. Services: Premium food, Snacks, Alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, Flight monitors, Newspapers, Magazines, TV, Internet terminals, Smoking area.

PAGSS Lounge (Gate 2): Terminal 1, next to Gate 2. Services: Premium food, Alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, Newspapers, Magazines, Telephones. It is not allowed to smoke.
